As a member of the Achievers Partner Plan, I understand that the success of the program depends on the commitment, cooperation and responsibility of all participants. Make contributions on time
- Submit agreed contributions according to the established payment schedule.
- Ensure payments are made in full and by the due date.
Maintain accurate information
- Provide accurate personal and contact information.
- Notify the Community Manager of any changes that may affect participation.
Understand the program rules
- Read and comply with all terms, conditions and guidelines.
- Seek clarification whenever necessary.
Communicate responsibly
- Inform the Community Manager promptly if challenges arise that may affect contributions.
- Respond to communications about payments, payouts and updates.
Support the integrity of the Partner
- Act honestly and responsibly at all times.

Plan and save with purpose
- Set realistic financial goals.

Respect payout schedules

Community Manager commitment and responsibilities
The Community Manager is committed to administering the Achievers Partner Plan with professionalism, integrity, transparency and accountability — serving as a trusted steward of the program, ensuring all members are treated fairly and that the Partner operates according to its established rules.
Member enrolment and onboarding
- Register new members and verify their information.
- Maintain accurate records and explain terms and payout schedules.
Contribution management
- Monitor and record member contributions.
- Follow up on missed or late payments.
Fund administration
- Manage the pooled funds responsibly.
- Ensure payouts follow the agreed schedule and keep accurate transaction histories.
Communication and member support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members.
- Provide updates on contributions, balances and payout dates.
Transparency and accountability
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all transactions.
- Provide regular reports and conduct activities openly and ethically.
Scheduling and payout coordination
- Develop and maintain the payout schedule.
- Notify members of upcoming dates and coordinate timely distribution.
Compliance with program rules
- Enforce the rules and guidelines fairly and consistently.
- Address disputes and protect the interests of all members.
Financial education and guidance
